Any defective product needs to be returned to Joy Systems first, before a replacement is sent out. Products may not be returned for credit or refunds.All damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty.

Computers shipped to Joy Systems by the end user with inadequate packaging are deemed potentially damaged and may restrict any and all future warranty support for that computer. Empty shipping boxes with packing foam are available by request and can be shipped to customers within the continental United States only.

If you have bought system from then you can contact JoySystem to return system for refund within 30 days of date of Original Purchase. If you have purchase system from any other Vendor (i.e. Walmart) Please contact Vendor for refund.Every vendor has different refund Policy so Please contact them for further guidance.
