Return and Exchange Policies
No returns, exchanges or credit will be provided for items that are special orders or open box products. For products eligible for return, the return must be in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, documentation and software. Items returned by you with inadequate packaging can be deemed potentially damaged and may restrict any and all future warranty support for the item. Empty shipping boxes with packing foam are available upon request and can be shipped to customers within the continental United States only. Original shipping, packaging, handling and related charges are not refundable.
Joy Systems will cover the shipping method and pay for shipping charges for the shipment to you of replacement or exchange products. In the event a return of goods is permitted you must insure, at your expense, all goods shipped in an amount at least equal to the purchase price of the goods.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHIPMENT OF RETURNED GOODS.
Any defective product needs to be returned first before a replacement can be sent out. If your shipment arrives to you damaged it must be refused if you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box. Should the shipment be accepted, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify Joy Systems immediately, but in no event later than 7 days from delivery. If you do not notify Joy Systems of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions, if any.
Customers may exchange most non-defective items (subject to manufacturer’s return policy) within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, either for credit or exchange. Any order discrepancies, i.e., missing items/components; mis-shipments; short-shipments, must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
JOY SYSTEMS HAS A STRICT NO-REFUNDS POLICY. PLEASE CONTACT THE VENDOR THROUGH WHOM THE PRODUCT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FOR REFUND AVAILABILITY.
