HOW TO EARN THE GIFT CARD

Fill out the following form to claim your $20 gift card.
You will be eligible for your reward regardless of the content or rating of your review. Upon verifying that 1) your serial number is valid, 2) your review has been published, and that 3) your serial number has not been previously used to claim a reward, your reward will be sent to your email within 5-7 business days. (If you do not see a response from us in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.) Please note that if we cannot find your review, you may be deemed ineligible for the reward. Customers are eligible for one gift card upon purchasing an order (One review/gift card max per customer, if all conditions are met).
